Sign standard employment contracts with hired workers and apply for work visas, paying relevant fees.

Arrange transportation, accommodation, assist in obtaining identification cards, and opening bank accounts, among other matters.

  • Recruitment Planning: Discuss job roles, responsibilities, and recruitment specifics.
  • Document Verification: Collect and review required documents, ensuring completion of authorisation forms.
  • Application Submission: Prepare and submit comprehensive application materials to the Labour Department.
  • Follow-Up: Monitor application progress and address any additional requirements.

Local Recruitment:

  • Duration: Conduct a one-month local recruitment campaign.
  • Advertising: Publish a minimum of four recruitment advertisements in local newspapers or online platforms within the first 14 days.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and shortlist qualified applicants.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Results Submission: Provide detailed recruitment outcomes, including reasons for candidate rejections, to the Labour Department.
  • Approval Process: Secure a Notice of Principle upon successful application or request a review from the Supplementary Labour Division within three months if rejected.

  • Candidate Matching: Identify and match imported workers to employer specifications post-quota approval.
  • Interview & Testing: Organise online interviews and trade tests as needed.
  • Medical Screening: Arrange pre-employment medical check-ups for imported workers.

Employment Contract & Visa Processing:

  • Contract Execution: Finalise and sign Standard Employment Contracts with selected workers.
  • Visa Application: Submit applications for employment visas to the Immigration Department.
  • Fee Processing: Manage and process payments for levies and visa fees.
  • Work Arrangement Coordination: Organise seamless onboarding for employment in Hong Kong.

Entry & Settlement Services:

  • Seamless Transfer: Arrange point-to-point transportation for workers upon arrival in Hong Kong.
  • Housing Setup: Coordinate move-in to dormitories or designated accommodations.
  • Essential Support: Facilitate issuance of Hong Kong identity cards, bank account openings, and provision of phone cards.
